This is going to be more for sizing than anything so I didn't change the scale in the pep model. That's all I have so far, but let me know what you think. I started with this page (pic 1), cut it out with scissors and cut all the solid lines with scissors (pic 4), scored all the dotted lines with my Xacto and folded (pic 5) and finally glued it together (pics 2 & 3).Īll materials, so far, were bought at Wal-Mart. I wanted to start on the dome, so I printed out all the dome parts (if you click a section of the 3D model it will highlight that piece on the 2D side) onto some 110lb card stock. Then I had to move each piece around to fit on the pages and came up with this: I did not make the Pepakura files for the helmet, just fyi. I would say the armor is 95 screen accurate to the TCW version of the clone trooper, so it is not perfect but its pretty close. It's set for A4 so the first thing was to change the paper from A4 to letter. The files were heavily modified from the BSD Rex files that I found online. ![]() ![]() Then I downloaded Fierfeks Clone Trooper Helmet file. Clone Trooper Wearable Armor Pieces (Phase 1 & 2) - PDF and PDO Pepakura Templates for Foam Cosplay (Star Wars) Pattern, Papercraft, DIY (1.5k) Sale Price 8.30 8. Here's what I've done so far:įirst I downloaded Pepakura Designer the free version, but if this build goes well I'll probably buy the keycode. ![]() Alright, I started on the dome last night.
